Meet The Coaches
Yetunde Bankole-Bernard(Identity Coach)
Deeply intuitive, a proficient communicator, teacher of authentic expression, magnetism and inner wisdom; Yetunde Bankole-Bernard’s professional journey began 18 years ago in the marketing communications industry.
Her experience is vast and cuts across various industries with a focus on brand activation, PR and media relations, sponsorship leveraging and experiential marketing with multinationals and premium brands like British American Tobacco (Dunhill and Saint Moritz), Nigerian Breweries Plc (Heineken and Star), Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Nokia, MTN, NIBSS and Oceanic Bank, amongst others.
Today, YBB – as she’s known – serves as the Chief Experience Officer at The YBB Company, a Reinvention and Evolution agency.
She is an author, speaker, enabler of mind and life shifts, certified Life Coach, MBTI practitioner from CAPT. Florida, relationship/image coach, and corporate Image consultant.
Specifically, YBB works with individuals, companies and teams that desire to articulate their essence and tell their unique story from a place of value, resourcefulness and authenticity in order to inspire others to connect to their vision.
She works as the ‘Identity Coach’ but is experienced as ‘The Shifter’.
YBB’s bespoke service tool is RECALL: an identity solution for those at a new beginning, experiencing life transitions or seeking the ‘Next’ of their lives.
Through her workbooks, e-books, podcasts, videos, audio experiences and events which are products of her work – YBB focuses on teaching, training and coaching on self-awareness, self-esteem and presence as well as building inner capacity and human connection.
An advocate for maximizing abilities, YBB is the Convener of the Recall for Men Conference, the first unbiased city centre conference for men in Africa aged 20-35, with about 2500+ members in its community.
In addition to her work with individuals, companies and teams, YBB also serves as the Executive Director of Finchglow Group, a group of eight companies in the Aviation, Travel, Tour and Agro Industries overseeing Corporate Communications, Product Design, Customer and Brand Experience.

Glory Edozien(Visibility Coach to Thought Leaders)
Glory is a LinkedIn Visibility Coach and Lead Consultant at the Inspired by Glory Academy, where she teaches mid-senior level career women how to build visibility and establish thought leadership on LinkedIn, so they can get the recognition they deserve, earn more money and climb the corporate ladder.
She is also the founder of the first of it’s kind digital enabled community for career women, the 9to5Chick Inner Circle, which aims to provide career women throughout Africa with mentors, access to signature career resources and networking opportunities.
